Pizza Factory Unit in Northern Nevada Enters New Franchisee Ownership

Pizza Factory is transitioning ownership of two locations in Northern Nevada to local operators, enhancing its community-focused presence. The new owners aim to strengthen local partnerships and improve the guest experience, while the brand continues to seek expansion opportunities in the region.
This change in franchise ownership demonstrates the brand's commitment to community engagement, which is essential for attracting investors interested in scalable and locally integrated franchise operations.
Pizza Factory, a community-focused pizza brand based on the West Coast, is enhancing its footprint in Northern Nevada with two of its locations transitioning to local ownership. Kevin Trigilio has taken over the Carson City restaurant located at 3120 Highway 50 East, while Jeramie “Maya” Keller now manages the Reno location at 3480 Lakeside Drive. This change aligns with Pizza Factory's strategy to partner with local operators where consumer demand for community-centered, fast-casual dining experiences is growing.
Trigilio assumed ownership of the Carson City outlet in December 2025. He brings a background in restaurant operations and entrepreneurial experience, having previously owned Finbomb Sushi. Under his leadership, he has initiated partnerships with local schools and churches to establish the restaurant as a family-friendly hub within the community.
In February 2026, Keller became the owner of the Reno location. With over 20 years in the Reno area and a career spanning nearly three decades in the powersports industry, Keller aims to enhance team culture and guest experiences, as well as expand community partnerships with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club. Both restaurants will maintain Pizza Factory’s full menu featuring fresh, hand-tossed pizzas, pastas, wings, sandwiches, and salads, while offering dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering services.
As Pizza Factory continues its expansion across the West, Northern Nevada is seen as a prime market due to its growing population and consistent economic development, which create an environment conducive to community-oriented dining concepts. This focus on local owner-operators in key markets like Reno and Carson City is expected to facilitate further growth, aligning with evolving trends in the fast-casual dining sector.
